A kitchen remodel will first begin with the decommission and removal of the old kitchen including the kitchen flooring, old wall tiles, existing electrics, old radiators and any hot and cold pipes that need changing. The ceiling will also be removed to gain access to pipes and cables. We then replace the hot and cold water pipes to their new position, install new electrics, then re-plasterboard the ceiling and plaster the complete kitchen. The next step is to put the new flooring in and cover it to protect it, ready to install the new kitchen. Finally, the kitchen design aesthetic features like paint, lighting, and cabinets come in last.
