Free Home Consultation & Survey – Our designer will come out, measure up your space, talk through your requirements and provide you with some initial ideas.
Design & Quote – Our designs aren’t just boxes showing the rough shape of your new kitchen or bathroom. We use industry 3D software to produce photo-realistic renders so you can get a real feel for what your new room will be like. Because of this our designs can take around two weeks from your initial survey to produce but we promise they are worth the wait!
Initial Presentation – Once your design is complete we will invite you to come into the showroom to see it and read through the quote over a nice cup of tea or coffee.
Booking Fee & Order – We require a booking fee upon order, this is normally £1000 (Bathroom), £2000 (Kitchen) and £5000 (Building project). This secures a slot for your project.
Pre-installation – We will book an appointment for our director James Oakland to review and carry out the final checks on site.
Refine & Personalise – Where necessary make any adjustments to your plan and design.
Deposit – Once the final design and quotation has been checked, finalised, and signed off, we require a 40% deposit, and a payment plan will be put into place followed by the final balance once the project has been completed and signed off.
